Metal Switchblade Divot Tool with Pop-up Button & Magnetic Ball Marker - Lightweight Portable and Fold-able

I have only had this divot tool a week, so the durability is unknown, but it is built well. It opens and shuts easily, and is thin enough to carry without a problem. The best feature, so far, is the design of the tines. I have had metal divot tools before, but the tines were very close together and the handle was short making them somewhat hard to use. This tool has a well designed length handle and the curved design of the tines as well as their width make it the best divot tool I’ve ever used.

I’ve seen some negative reviews on this and I have to say, I don’t understand most of them. Overall great product. It is durable, the switchblade function is very strong and works very well. The ball marker magnet is plenty strong, it’s actually sometimes hard to remove it from the divot tool. I recommend it, especially for the price.

Not like I make a ball mark on every green from my own play but try to keep our greens rolling good by fixing all I see as I play. That being said, this repair tool quit opening about 4 rounds in. Not an easy task, but I was able to take it apart and open up/bend the little opener spring so it would stay in its position and it's working for time being. NOT well made.

The first received divot tool was not in working order, but I received a replacement in only two days, no charge for product or shipping. The replacement divot tool works great and is very handy to have in my pocket.

Its is great quality, the button should have a little recession in the next version, it opens in pocket if with balls or tees. But it was also less than $7 at my door.

This divot tool is very well built. Much better than the switch Blade type tool I had several years ago that stopped working and jammed up with sand and dirt after a few rounds. The switch blade type allow the points to be folded and kept inside the tool, not jabbing you during play. Plus the magnetic ball mark holder allows you to use your favorite sports team marker. Go Buckeyes!

I wanted to like this one, I really did. But it Just does not have that powerful flipping action that some of the more expensive ones do. You can feel a small drop in quality. You get what you pay for.

I've had my switchblade divot tool for over a year now, and it still works great. I take good care to wipe off sand and dirt before I close the blade. If you don't, it won't last long. Give it a try. It does a great job.
