Okay! I was super skeptical on this from reading other reviews. I’m about 5’10/5’11 ish idk… people swear I’m taller… but I’m around 250ish/255 Lbs stalky build… and I got the 3XL when usually I wear XXL. This fits unbelievably perfect for my build. It’s a perfect tightness that allows you to use the things on the back to wrap around making it super tight. I ran for like 20 minutes with this on and sweated like I was in the pool.I highly recommend this. The zipper is pretty sturdy and it’s not itchy and I really like this. I am glad I made this purchase. Let’s un-big our big backs 2025.

5 star item, but the sizes run small. I am a female and I typically order a small in men's size and It is too small for women

I do really like this workout vest. However, the velcro and straps have completely fallen apart.They become more of a burden.The velcro stitching completely tore away from the strap.The straps have now become loose, and their elasticity are wrinkled, and loose.

It has worked out very good. I bought this so that I could tighten up the midsection while exercising. Once the bands got a bit stretched out and I lost weight, I began to cross them over. Creating an X in the front with the two straps. This helped quite a bit because as I lost weight, my midsection got smaller. My chest did not get as small so I was able to tighten up the bottom around the midsection tighter than the chest section. I will definitely buy again as long as the price has not risen from my original purchase, which was just a few months ago. I bought a second belt with only one strap. I am not as happy with that one as I am with this one again because of the double straps. I can control the tightness in different sections of my body.
