Q: Will it work with a Samsung galaxy A21?

Yes, it should work with any phone. The mount comes with a small metal plate that you can either stick to your case or just place it between you phone and your case if you do not want to stick it on. The magnet is very strong and if your phone has metal on the back you won’t even need the metal plate but it’s an option.

Q: I purchased this holder last November and now the top portion is loose and my phone swings around when the car moves. Anyone else have this problem?

yes same happened to me, to the point where the top portion fell off with my phone attached. i super glued it back but ended up getting something else.

Q: Can the car mount for vents support vertical use Like 2010 Nissan Maxima?

Again, I am not sure of this vehicle, but it fits my 2012 Honda CRV & my 2014 Nissan NV2500 Cargo van
