Great quality oil for Carnivore / Keto! A few precautions: - Start slow; too much too soon will cause gastric issues. 1/2tsp for the first few days, then increase to 1tsp for a few days and so on until you work up to a level you can tolerate. Get a shot glass with measurement lines. - Stay hydrated. MCT is a diuretic and may cause headaches if you are not hydrated. Consider taking some electrolytes with it and plenty of water. - If you find it gives you jitters; consider taking it with food. It can cause a little bit of a "high" if your not used to the immediate energy / mental clarity boost; which may freak some people out. Taking it with food will slow down the onset so it's not hitting you like a ton of bricks. - I personally don't mind the texture but it definitely goes down easier if it's cold; ymmv. No taste, but it's going to make your mouth feel oily for a minute.

I have been using this product for a few months now and it is great. No taste and mixes well in what ever you like to put it in. I put in my morning coffee for the energy kick and burst of brain focus & concentration. I have been doing Intermittent fasting for a while & then I started taking a couple of tablespoons of this MCT Oil to induce Ketones and autophagy. This is nature's richest source of healthy medium-chain triglycerides which the liver converts rapidly into ketone bodies as a great, clean fuel for your brain and body. I gave a 4 star due to packing I have this on subscription every 2 months the first order came perfect the second one open and spilled out. The third one opened and spilled out half full. My other mct oil had a weird top and spilled everywhere. This one is tasteless which I like and comes out perfectly without spilling all over.

Too early to know if this will be effective. Having 2 tablespoons a day with my protein shake. No after taste or adverse effects. Happy with my purchase.

It arrived earlier than stated. The seal wasn’t tightly fitted as a lil fiddling can break it but I’m just impressed it came before the stipulated time and product is just as picture.
