Perfect Design and Effective
A bamboo diffuser is the way to go. It doesn't get hot to the touch and is easy to clean. The ceramic bowl sits snugly into the hole and won't tip or move like those with the bowl that only the bottom half sits in. The ceramic bowl holds 100ml, which is plenty of water to let the oil warm up without evaporating too quickly. i just use regular old filtered water from my fridge door. Works great. The ceramic little "skillet" that holds the tea candle is perfectly sized and makes it super easy to install/replace the candles. The wide open bottom is fool proof, and one of the reasons this diffuser was appealing to me. One thing I will mention: I would not add any more than 2 drops of oil at first. It's plenty to scent a room. Any more and the scent gets into headache zone, in my opinion. Plus, it's easier to add oil than to have to dump it out for being too strong. Oils I have used are peppermint, vanilla and Nag Champa. All are quality essential oils that I found easily, most online. All smelled great in my new little diffuser.

This IS my favorite oil warmer ever!! PERFECTION!!
This is, in my opinion, the absolutely perfect oil warmer. Here's why:- Looks are clean and modern, with the warmth of bamboo and ceramic.- The dish holds an ample amount of water! I use 6-7 hour tea lights and the water lasts LONGER than the candle! This IS SO important because the main cause of cracked dishes is heat with no liquid. The water cooks away in a few hours and CRACK, it's over. NO MORE with this one! 6+ hours of straight flame, still almost 1/2 full of water.- The ceramic is solid, not too delicate. It's build well and the handle on the candle pot is a great idea. (tip: lift it by putting your index finger under the handle, and thumb on top. First few times I defaulted to grabbing from the sides and it's tiny enough it felt like it could roll easily. The underside of the handle is flat though, so grab it top and bottom, super stable grip)- The height is perfect, and the open air design allows the flame to heat plenty, but not overheat, again preventing early evap and a cracked dish.- Economical and clean: The amount of scent is perfect. My favorite is to mix 20 drops of Jasmine Absolute into 80-100 ml of coconut carrier oil into a small dropper bottle. I then use ~12 drops of that mixture in the dish of water and it makes my living room smell absolutely wonderful for the next 8 hours, a clean fresh floral jasmine scent with no ash, no smoke, it's subtle but walk out of the room for a moment, return, and you are instantly greeted by the wonderful jasmine aroma, so it's just right. There are so many options for oil burners out there, I've tried many, and this is by far my favorite, I dare say it's perfect.

Great quality, compact with a deep well
Comes with three parts: the well, the wooden holder and the candle holder. It looks just like the picture. The quality is good. I gave scent one star because it doesn’t come with a scent. If this is your first oil warmer you’ll need to get scented wax and/or essential oils as well as tea candles.

just lovely - - - but take care
don't let your tea lite overshoot your little ceramic reservoir of water and essential oil! - - beautiful set up - - so enjoyable to walk into my room and see and smell :)

Simple and perfect.
The best oil diffuser that I have tried. The overall design is simply beautiful. It's the only one that I've seen that has wood as a prime feature. I like the open area for the candle allows for easy lighting and the full glow of the candle lights up the room nicely rather than being inside a boxy area. The oil dish seems to be more durable than past glass ones that I have used. The candle holder makes it easy to swap out the expired candle for a new one. Finally, the price is a bargain.

Not bad, but not great.
The product came in one piece, so I didn't have any shipping issues. However, it wasn't put together very well. There was some gapping between the place where the wood was joined. So far, it hasn't cracked or fallen apart. The little candle cup is handy. A lot easier to deal with putting a candle on the bottom with one of those. When I use it, it does seem to work. Not sure if I get the scent very well, but that could be my placement of it. The water does seem to evaporate, so it is doing something. Overall, it's okay.

It's pretty great
I bought this a couple of months ago, and it works great. I've not seen any of the sagging of the wood frame mentioned in the bad reviews. You do need to keep an eye on it, depending on the fragrance materials you're heating you might need to add a bit of water before the candle burns out. I like it.
