Sadly the casing is too big so it scratches the skin while rolling. I bought 3 and they're all the same. My friend has one and it doesn't scratch at all.

Nice easy to use massager
bought a 2 pack of these from Marshalls.These have a small diameter of about 1.25 inches (3 cm).This helps them target smaller pressure points.I didn't notice any scratching from the edges where the ball is contained in the holder.
