Great product especially because it's decaffeinated. My husband and I both seniors use it and love it.

I began using green tea extract for my cardiovascular health, with the OK from my cardiologist. After a year of using a different brand product which was much stronger, I learned that product was the reason I would bruise and bleed so easily! I started having difficult-to-control nosebleeds that got my attention. I found that I was taking too high a dose (for MY body) and that my purposes would be served by taking a lower dose. I love pure encapsulations products because you know what you're getting and they work. Switched to this product and have been very happy taking it 2 to 3 times a day. No more bleeding and I have the assurance that my cardiovascular system is obtaining all the benefits of pure decaffeinated green tea. (Note that green tea extract should not be taken by anyone using a medication or other product that affects blood coagulation.)

I am very acquainted with pure encapulations. First of all I take green tea pills for the anitoxidants, I take it as a cancer prevention pill for myself. Green tea is also know for there levels of caffein. Caffein makes me jittery, I take these particular pills because its caffein is removed but I still get the ECGC which is great for my body to help remove the free radicals from my body, that our bodies take in naturally every day. A pill has more ECGC in it then a cup of tea.

I have used it for one month started with 4 capsules daily and now I am taking 5 daily. I am still not sure if it works but I feel more energized during the day. It is really expensive when you take 5 daily but I wanted to give a try with that dosage. There are much cheaper brands but my bf told me that this brand is good so I will keep buying only this brand even though one capsule is less dosage. The fact that it is decaf makes it better so I still can drink my regular amount of coffee during the day.

Perfect way to get the extract I need from green tea without the caffeine. easy to swallow.

With all the the toxins we're exposed to antioxidants are critical to help our bo flush them out! Great product!

This supplement is great when trying to lose weight. I notice it helps curb my appetite. Will continue taking!
