This was easy enough to install. The directions were all pictures so easy to visualize. Came with a template to locate the support post properly, and all hardware was labeled. This works as advertised and gives back lots of lost space

Poor instructions but not complicated once you sort it out. Very well made, works perfect.

The product seems durable. Instructions are not easy to follow. I watched a few videos on YouTube to get a gist of what would be required, and most of the videos were for left-hand pullouts so I had to visualize everything for RH. The key is using the cardboard template that comes in the package. The company does provide a good parts list but you have to look at the visuals to know what to do. Also, In my case I still have a good 18 inches of unused space in the far corner but at least the cabinet is more accessible now. I deducted a star for the poorly written installation instructions.

The instructions are horrible. If I cannot get this installed I will have no choice but to return the product. See picture of instructions.

When building my new house I was disappointed that I was “losing” a corner of under counter space. A regular cabinet door would have been very inconvenient to reach so far back into that corner to store anything. This was a suggestion I made to my builder/contractor. We were both so pleasantly impressed! It remains a favorite little “tucked away” surprise in my kitchen! It is easy to use and great quality, sturdy and swings out effortlessly!

This is a great way to create storage in your corner cabinet. Easy to install, well-built, and quite attractive. Highly recommended.

The instructions for installing this product are beyond the worst I've ever seen. Misreferenced part identifiers, pictures too small to see. Measurements referenced from goodness knows where. Example. "Step 3: Fix A L K cn man rod D teon tip to bottom acccrding to picture 3.and then thkand E. hergtt coud be austed by lock in the hole "a" & "b". " A few of those words are English. Additionally, like many other reviewers, the "soft close" buffer thing broke on the first close. Before I even loaded the shelves. They need to use FAR better plastic (or maybe metal) for a part that if things are not 100% exactly perfect breaks so easily. It does technically do what it's supposed to, which is why it got 3 stars. If the parts were better, I'd add a fourth. If the instructions were actually written by a human, I'd give a fifth star. There's also a table of measurements. It's unclear what that's for.

I do not normally write reviews even for great products but this on deserves my time. Received it today and installed in about 2 hours. I had to make some modifications to align the depth from the face of the cabinet back about 3/4 of an inch based on the provided template due to our cabinet layout and add some new wood to mount the top bracket because I had no wood to drill into only the Granite counter tops. Otherwise it would have been a 1 hour job. I am a good DIYer so I nailed in a mount point for the top bracket extension to fit vs having to drill into granite. Beware of your mounting points and ability to access to them. That said, this is an amazing upgrade. Works exactly as described. Just measure and be ready to adapt and adjust based on your existing cabintet design. Wife approved...need I say more?

There is one illustration that is not accurate. I thought that we received the wrong part. When we put it together, we discovered that the part could be used even though it didn't look like the illustration. It was challenging but we did manage to put it together.
