Changing the iPhone 7 Plus screen is extremely easy, and it even easier if the replacement screen comes with everything needed to do the install. I have to agree that this replacement screen is not like Apple OEM, on this screen the colors and not as saturated as in the original apple screen, same thing with the brightness , and the touch sensitivity sometimes lags a little bit, other than that, it is a huge plus that that top cameraand sensors as well as the earpiece come pre installed, and that saves time and effort. Even the adhesive lining comes in this kit along with a screen protector, which both are crazy easy to install (contrary to the complaints on the reviews) but I’m not American!

The screen comes with its own selfie camera pre-installed so I didn't transfer the original camera from the original Apple screen. It turned out the quality of the camera is VERY poor (see sample photo that has the coffee cup taken in my kitchen with natural day light). Unfortunately, I have installed the screen with weather seal and I hate to open it again to return the product so I just want to make others to aware of this potential pitfall.2. The new screen has square edge (see pics) which makes it feels much thicker than the genuine apple screen. This is something that you won't notice until it is fully installed. Again, its too late for me to do anything. I would not choose this product if I noticed this product characteristics as you can feel the screen edge when holding the phone in your hand. Oh well....

Works great, sometimes in the left middle and too I feel it doesn’t always click when I touch it. When it in the sun I get a purple haze in the reflection but if I cover my screen or put it in shade it’s great. There is a bit of a color difference from the original screen. When I put it next to another 7 their screen is more vibrant and mine a bit dull it seems. All in all it was a great buy. Came with all of the hardware needed and a video for directions.

The screen protector is not 100% glass? All needed tools are included. However, I wish there is an option without the tools since I already have them. The included top speaker and camera are nice so I don’t have to take the existing ones off and.

There are three small areas where the screen is discolored, showing up like smudges. I think this screen might have been a quality drop out at the factory and then sold on the repair market. This is the second replacement screen and the first (from a different supplier) had similar issues. The touch function is fine and the smudges are not that distracting. The phone is long in the tooth and replacing the screen is simply an effort to prolong the inevitable $1000+ donation to Apple for a new phone.
