Does not include adapters for Chevy 2011 duramax. I presume that duramax would be a popular fitting to include.

Good gauge.
A compression gauge is nothing but a gauge, a hose and an adapter. This hose is long enough to keep the gauge where I want it during cranking and there seems to be enough adapters for just about any engine. Only time will tell about the gauge, but that can always be changed. Worked perfectly. And the price was right.
