Hard to clean
This item has a wonderful pattern on it and creates wonderful decorations. But, when I tried to clean it, I couldn't get all the fondant out of the little cracks and crevices. Not a good buy.

Work well.
I was afraid these would not work or the dough would stick. They work great! If you put luster dust on the cookies it shows up more. I refrigerate before I bake so this may help in keeping the design.

Arrived with mold on the wood and the steel spindle is covered with rust. Definitely not food safe.
