Extremely disorganized warranty process

Going on week 11 of what was supposed to be a 4-6 week repair time for them to warranty the amp. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and they couldn’t even tell me what the status of my repair process was. Pretty sure they lost the amp and I’m not getting my money back.

The power rating on the amp is incorrect, does not pish out half of what it is rated

It's a low powered amp, however the ease of having bluetooh, and no need for a headunit is still a plus
