Really nice quality - solid with premium leather and the price was more than fair. It is big and could have used a second hand to assemble but I managed. All the power functions worked - recline, heat, massage, lumbar and headrest - and it is relatively easy to straddle off and get up with the recliner leg up. The usb and power outlets along with the reading lamps are a nice touch. The blue lighting has a nice ambiance but most importantly, the cup holders will hold a larger Yeti or the like. The fold down is also a nice touch and it's 2 cup holders will hold a glass or soda/beer can firmly. Although it reclines within a short back drop of a wall, I bought 2 11" high shelves and placed the on the floor to hide the cable cords and give that empty space some decoration. They do not interfere with the recline function whatsoever and, I bought 2 led tube lights (white, multi color, strobe patterns and music sync) for more lighting and ambiance. They make a huge difference. And since the middle chair does not recline, I put my subwoofer and rear speakers behind on the shelving as well.

Great product!! This couch came in early, well worth the price.. to put this together you’ll need help at least 3 or 4 people because it’s very heavy and you’ll have to connect the wire’s..

The chair is beautiful and sturdy but whew it will take 4 men to move this. It is super heavy for even 2 men. I’m still trying to figure out how all the features work. I was under the impression that they deliver and bring it in but no they leave it outside. It was too heavy and took forever to move with my husband because of how heavy the chair is. However we decided to open it outside and take the headrest off which help make it a little lighter but was still super heavy. So far a good chair but not sure how the all the light works.

These are very nice looking thick, heavy leather, nice motors, love the heat at the lower back. And it just looks great.

I was shocked to see a semi-truck pull up to my house within 2-3 days to deliver my couch. That was fast. My amazon order shows it still being delivered with no date of arrival. Huge pallet for the delivery and the driver put it in the garage and left. Then the fight began. The 3 chair bottom couch is all one piece, so get ready to ask for help to start. One of the plastic shock holders for the side arm was broken. One I got the couch through the door and into place, the instructions were straightforward and was well-written with color tape on each wire to match the plug.. IE red tag to red tag, green tag to green tag, etc. Now the bummer/bad. Massager is lower back only no buttocks or leg massaging or higher back/shoulder. The heater works good but gets too hot at one point. In the photo I took a picture of the center table folded down. That square corner will find your funny bone/elbow many times, the reading lights are alright but not that bright to read with. Then the two tables that came with the couch is not directly in front of my lap so my laptop is off to the right/left side, angling my back. 3-5 more inches would be good to straighten my back and the table make a little higher so I can cross my legs without hitting the table with my foot. The armrest cup holder on the end side will not work if you have the table inserted. Look at the next photo. The cup holder is right under the table. The cup holder USB and table gap is so short the USB plug for my phone is crimmped and will eventually break my wire as the table is rubbing on it so tight. One last suggestion. When I turn on the blue theater lights and cup holder, why would they not wire a blue light or backlight for the remote control to see what button I am pushing. The light only comes on when the button is pushed, then you find out it was the wrong button and now I feel like I am in a rodeo buck riding looking for the right button.

We had ours about approximately seven months. We have a chair, loveseat, triple sofa, and these things are the best and I would recommend them to anybody. I’ve had others before supposed to be high grain Italian leather. They were a piece of crap and I should’ve bought these to start with because they end up giving the others away and buying these and I will tell you we are so happy and they’re so comfortable to hold up to about 350 pounds on their way. I sleep in here a lot of times at night just semi recline and man good night sleep and I’m gonna tell you I had a call with the guy named Richard and customer service that guy. I’m so helpful. I need another part and he’s sending me out that just so kind of the people they are so kind and helpful to be from I guess kinda out West area but all jokes aside these are one of the best so cyber had in chairs my life.

This is a beautiful, well-made sofa. Packaging could have been better. Both gas shocks were broken upon arrival. Amazon customer service reached out to the seller on our behalf and they immediately sent a new pair and followed up with a phone call a few days later. The description lists the sofa as a "wall hugger", requiring only 6.5" of clearance, however, it actually requires 12" from the base and approximately 8.5" from the top in order to fully recline. But, it reclines nearly flat. The descriptions of how buttons work is a bit misleading. It states in multiple places that any of the end chairs' functions are enabled at "the push of a button". In reality, you must press and hold the button until you reach your desired position(s) (recline/decline). It also describes that you can return the seat to its natural position by hitting a "home" button on the remote that is hidden in the "Recline" button. These don't impact functionality, but could be more accurately explained. The first night of use, heat/massage functions lasted more than an hour. Since then, I believe they've settled into their standard timing and both features run 30 minutes before automatically shutting off. There's no explanation of this in the details portion nor the manual, so one can only assume this is correct. There's a glitch in the lumbar button. When pressing it to recline, all massage functions stop, so you have to be in the position you want prior to selecting your massage mode or re-set after adjustment. And, the little tables that can be mounted onto the arm rest partially cover the cup holders, no matter which way they're turned. So, you have to use a very short cup or choose between using the cup holders or tables. Overall, it's comfortable and appears to be durable. Since these are considered theater seating, that would imply longer-term use (a few hours at a time), it would be a welcome improvement if the heat/massage ran for an hour or the remote was improved with options to set a timer for how long you'd like to engage the features. It did take only 30 minutes to assemble. Considering its size, that's quite a plus!
