Shoulder Pulley Over The Door Physical Therapy System, Exercise Pulley, Alleviate Shoulder Pain and Facilitate Recovery from Surgery, FSA/HSA Eligible

I wasn't sure what to expect from this simple item, and was afraid that it might prove too strenuous for use by someone recovering from a stroke. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it works differently from most exercise equipment. The user doesn't really have to exert much effort at all. In our case, the right arm (which is undamaged) helps to move the left arm, which gradually gains strength and mobility simply by being subjected to the motion of raising and lowering. It's not at all strenuous to use, yet offers better results than any of the other equipment we have, and better than just attempting to move the arm without assistance. There is really no installation to speak of; you simply sit it on the top of a door with the little bulging part on the opposite side from where you are standing, and then close the door. It's held firmly in place. It's made of a tough rubbery substance that seems impervious to harm of any kind, and there's not much to this simple item. But it does the job better than lots of expensive equipment. You can tuck it into a pocket or purse, take it with you, and use it anyplace where there's a door! We're really pleased with this helpful aid to regaining mobility or just getting some easy exercise.

This is a very nice aid to help gain range of motion back after a shoulder injury or fracture. It’s simple, but works very well!

Quality product at a reasonable price. Allows me to complete physical therapy exercises assigned to rehabilitate a left humerus fracture. Works as advertised!

Really helps shoulder pain. I enjoyed using it. I was able to use it and stretch out my tendons that helped with the pain I was experiencing.This product was recommended by my physical therapist. It really helped! I would buy it again.

Inexpensive, shoulder pulley fits over door, works easily to help range of motion in rehabilitation of shoulder injuries. Need to travel, take it with you, easily packs in a zipper baggie & light weight.

I’m recovering from shoulder replacement surgery and this is helping me regain movement. Easy to install and use. Really works well. I’m 5’2” and it’s a tad bit long but I sit on a lower chair.

I purchased the pulley to do home exercises while rehabbing from shoulder surgery. It is the same as the one I use at the physical therapy clinic. It foots over the top of the door very securely and extremely well made. I’m able to do my exercises with no problem at all. And, I plan to continue using it once I’m “back to normal.” Highly recommend.
