Their Service Department Is off the Charts
Rapid Reboot compression boots are a very great product. I used them for almost 5 years with no issues. They offered programs that most boots didn’t offer. I had some issues with the controls, my fault not theirs. Rapid Reboot reached out and got my boots working again. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Can’t tell you how much it was appreciated and I’m a loyal customer from now on.

The power supply burned down and they never responded to me from the technical service.
It's been 1 year since my fountain burned. I'm tired of trying to communicate with technical service and they never answer me.

The compression isn’t as strong.
It’s not as strong as the others I use. It doesn’t compress that well so I go back and forth using it.

they stand with their product
massaging my legs and feet wasn't the same as my first set but they had me send them the leggings at their expense and will repair them at no cost and send them back to me
