Takes a bit of getting used to if you haven’t used Android before
Having had a Windows phone for the past 4 years, this took a bit of getting used to. The lack of instructions on how to set up an Android system was debilitating. Fortunately I have a husband and daughter who are both familiar with the system or I fear I would be still tearing my hair out! Some weeks later, I quite like it. The battery life is good, and so is data usage so long as you remember to set your app updates to ‘wi fi only’, and there are a good range of Apps which, unlike my Windows phone, actually work. I bought a 128mb memory card for it which the phone ‘combined’ memory with (quite spooky) so I don’t have to bother about what is stored where. All in all, quite smart for a budget phone.

Good entry level phone with a clean version of Android
This phone does everything I need it to - can't fault it for the price, and it comes with 2 years' worth of guaranteed updates to Android. Lack of updates is the main reason why I've had to upgrade every 3 or so years, so kudos to Nokia for at least guaranteeing regular updates for a while.

Great upgrade for my slow Nokia 3.
Amazing speed improvement over my Nokia 3. Was worried initially that going from 3.0 to 3.1 would be only a small improvement, but no worries as speed is significantly improved. Only issue I've had is downloads with Google Play keep pausing, looks like a bug that will be fixed in a update. Manual fix is to clear cache/date on the app.

Nokia 3.1 - Working smartphone deliveries what was expected
Phone bought to replace a similar unit that had got damaged. Phone delivered within the expected time and for a second user unit had no marks and clean unit. Charged and powered up and working within fine within a couple of hours. No problem and as I was already aware of the set up is no problem to use. The size is fine for me and with the ability to expand its memory a memory card (64Gb) I have no problem with space and runs all my required aps. I like the basic operating system with no bloating software it may get beaten for performance and battery like by other makes and models but its fine for me. I have no problem loading aps and any games I choose to use and the battery use for a moderate user is around a day. Would recommend the phone buy again or a later version with similar aspects.

Cheap, but not worth the money
Phone is okay for someone who don't use much apps. After service update the micro SD wasn't usable anymore. After 6 months usage the phone was laggy and the ECU keept crashing. If you ask the manufacturer for help all they say is to factory reset which only solves the problem for 3 days. Custom ring tones did not work either after a update. Only had it for 7-8 months than I needed a new phone.
