For almost a month now none of the 10 seeds has germinated. I used different type of recommended germination but so far no results. The only explanation is that the seeds are old not fresh, they should start germination within two weeks.

Neem tree seed germination
I had no luck with these seed. Watched a video online which I followed, but all seed rotted. Should I have removed outer shell as I've seen recommended on line recently?
