Q: Itelliroll makes several massage roller densities. do you know which this is (firm, firm-firm, sport...)?

The black intelliroll is the hard density one, similar to the black regular rollers you see in gyms but much denser. It’s great, I bought it after using the blue one bc I like deep tissue. I haven’t tried the sports one.

Q: Is there much difference between the black and blue? Having trouble deciding.

There's 3 different Intellirolls with different degrees of firmness...I've tried the black and blue ones...both work great but black is the firmest. There's a pink one (havent tried it) but it's the least firm of the 3 from what I've heard.

Q: Is the Intelliroll Sport (pink, softer) available on Amazon?

I wasn't even aware they had a pink one, but I will recommend the same thing to you that I tell all of my clients: order the most firm one that you can tolerate, even for a few minutes. Your body will adjust, and will definitely heal faster, the harder the roller.
