I'm a dog walker. I have been using this for 4-7 dogs a day in the past 3 months, and I must say this is the best thing to ever happen to me. I researched a few other belt leashes, but this one was the best value. you can count on this to not break on your STRONG dog. I've walked 130+LB dogs with this on while they pull and it has not broken once. The bungie is made out of good material I can tell.TIP! there are metal rings on each handle part that you can clip to your waist to make the leash shorter! this is a huge help, so the dog doesn't get tangled in the leash.Only con is the part that goes around your waist folds on itself over time. If the band was made out of something more comfortable that would be great. But I think I'm just going to personally modify it.If you walk a dog. you need this item.over all A-

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've tried a couple of other bungee hands free leashes and this is by far the best one. They really aren't exaggerating when the product info states two bungees are better than one -- it really is. And this particular brand does have a thicker bungee elastic than other ones I have tried. I took off one star because the waist band is just ok and not particularly comfortable. I'm using a padded one I bought elsewhere instead. Despite the lackluster waist band, I highly recommend this bungee hands free leash.UPDATE: the bungee part has deteriorated over time and now there is no more elasticity to the leash. So I am disappointed that after a few months of use this leash is no longer good at all. I will be looking at other bungee hands free leash options and hope that they will be built to last.

This is a fantastic waist leash! I don’t think I would go back to a standard one after this. It’s very sturdy and I’ve used it every day for 10 months to walk my 45lb Border Collie. It shows no signs of wear and tear, nor does it appear to be fraying anywhere. I couldn’t be happier with this product. Well done!

I have a medium sized dog (15lbs) and she runs with me, so I decided to purchase this to make our runs smoother (shes a leash puller), but the buckle is too heavy for her. I had to find a way to use her leash and attach it to the waist band and it worked out for both of us. I wish they made one that wasn't so heavy for smaller dogs.

WOW! Awesome quality for price. Our old one was knotted and ripping. This one has pull absorption that will be awesome when walking our husky.

I was skeptical but decided to try, boy am I glad I did. Great quality, very well made and my dog loves it!
