Love this tap
This tap is a great addition to my kitchen, love being able to pull tap down the clean sink and clean dishes. Great value for money, the flow is great and love the size. Same noise as a normal tap and no leaks.

Good pull-out spray mixer tap with easy installation, but some pressure issues
I've been using this pull-out spray tap for about two weeks now, and overall, I’m quite happy with it. I installed it myself, and it’s been working well so far. I got this tap for my kitchen sink, and it’s been working well for daily tasks like washing dishes and rinsing vegetables. The pull-out spray function is super handy and makes cleaning the sink a lot easier.Quality and Durability: The tap feels solid and well-made. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, but since I’ve only had it for two weeks, I can’t say how durable it will be in the long run. So far, it’s holding up well, and I’ll update the review if I notice any issues.Performance: The tap works as expected, but the water pressure is lower than I would like. The cold water pressure is still decent, but the hot water pressure is disappointingly low. I’m not sure if it’s just my setup or the tap itself, but it’s something to keep in mind if you like strong water pressure.Pros and Cons:Pros:Easy to install with clear instructions. The pull-out spray is very useful and makes cleaning easier. The tap looks sturdy and well-made.Cons:Reduces water pressure, especially for hot water, which is quite low.Might not be suitable for those who want high water pressure.Ease of Use: Installing the tap was a breeze. It came with all the necessary parts, and the instructions were easy to follow. Even for someone like me, who isn’t a plumber, it took just like 15 minutes to get it up and running.Value for Money: For the price, I think it’s a good deal. While the pressure isn’t perfect, the tap looks and feels high-quality, and the pull-out spray is really useful. Considering the price, I’d say it’s a decent value.Comparisons: I haven’t used many kitchen taps, but compared to my old one, the pull-out spray feature is a huge improvement. However, my old tap had better water pressure.Design and Aesthetics: I really like the design of this tap. It’s sleek and modern and fits in nicely with my kitchen decor. The pull-out feature blends in well, and it doesn’t feel bulky or awkward.Customer Support: I haven’t needed to contact customer support yet, but everything was included in the box, and the instructions were clear, so no complaints so far.Long-Term Use: Since I’ve only had this tap for two weeks, I can’t say how it’ll hold up over time, but it feels like it’s built to last. I’ll update my review later if anything changes.Final thoughts: This tap is great for regular kitchen use, especially if you like having a pull-out spray to clean dishes or rinse the sink. However, if you rely on strong water pressure for tasks like filling pots quickly, the low hot water pressure might be frustrating.Overall, I’m happy with this tap. It’s easy to install, looks good, and works well for everyday kitchen tasks. The lower water pressure, especially with hot water, is the main downside, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. If the pressure were better, it’d be a perfect 5 stars, but as it stands, I’m giving it 4 stars.

Does the job
It provides a steady straight flow or a strong aerated spray which is really good to spray onto stubborn food remains stuck to pots or dishes. Think it was fairly straightforward to install though I got a plumber to install mine as he was fitting a water filter system at same time. It meets my needs and I can recommend it

The best value tap ever
I brought this tap in November 24, but didn't get it fitted untill Christmas eve, the Plumber that fitted it, said it was the easiest tap he has ever fitted, he completed it within 25 minutes, it replaced a tap that I could not stop from dripping ( it was around 45 years old) the tap is great, the shower spray option is great, and to be able to pull the tap head down & wash around the sink area is great, I never thought i would say this but washing the pots has never been so enjoyable.Excellent value, very strong & sturdy

Terrible Kitchen Tap
This replaced a 12 year-old tap that started to leak. There are several things that make this much much better than the old one. 1) The kit came with a sink-stiffener that means that the long tap isn't an immediate lever deforming the sink. 2) The tap control is smooth and allows good blending of hot and cold. 3) The pull-out is good, and the controls excellent. 4) It was easy for a little old 75 year-old to fit ( do have the right tools though).Added 26 Dec 2025:And after just over a year it failed completely. Both pipes were leaking, and the tap was dripping and beginning to wobble a lot. Tries to repair the pipes, but they are not replaceable, and the connection breaks if you over tighten them even little. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Excellent tap with great features.
I got my plumber to fit and it seemed fairly easy. There is a slight problem with the fitment that allows you to pull out the tap for very easy rinsing. The hose has a weight that pulls the hose back into it’s seat, but with the usual array of drainage pipes under the sink it is not easy and we had to compromise. The very easy switch from spray to normal flow is great, as is the ability to stop the flow from the tap head. Tap is well made and we are delighted with it; we recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

A good product
The tap is absolutely fantastic the flexible tube enables water to be directed in exactly the right place. Coupled with the option of a straight flow and fan it is great. However it is let down by the quality of the connector between the flexible pipe and the supply pipe. The connector is of such a poor quality that it ruptured under the water pressure. Contacting the company they immediately recognised the problem and it was sorted very quickly. All companies make mistakes and theirs was by outsourcing the manufacture of an important element to a company without the same standards. However what differates a good company from an excellent one is how they respond to mistakes and the speed of sorting them out. The company is an excellent one.

It's good quality but has limitations for some setups.
This was in all honesty a good quality item out of the nicely packaged box, everything I needed was included and I used everything. I had no problems fitting the main unit, I did have to use the included adaptor step down fittings for my larger water pipe fittings. Once I had fitted the main unit I then came to the biggest issue I faced, the pull out spout. It uses a weight to drag the spout pipe back into the faucet. To use this you need a clear area under your sink inside your unit for it to move up and down. I had to fashion a safe area for this weight using plastic panels I had lying around to guide the weight so it doesn't snag on the drain pipe and water outlet pipes and fittings. This was a pain and I was not pleased but I don't think that's a manufacturer problem, just be aware that you need that clear space so you don't run into clearance issues. Once that was dealt with then I tried using it and it worked as well as I would expect, it has a smooth action mixer tap, precise operating button and the spout has a smooth roating motion. The water pressure was lower than the standard unit it replaced and I think that is due to the smaller diameter pipes used for it operate as a pull out spout. But I was kind of expecting that as the water pressure is not that high in my house anyway. All in all a good quality unit for the price but I think I would have opted for a simpler unit if I had known the issues my set up would have caused. let's see how long that quality lasts.
