Great product! Kept my vitamin D levels normal for 10 years!

I had bought this last year and many time since then as my Vitman D levels were SO low it was a 9!!!! I didn't feel good and had some symptoms. I was told to take more vitamin D and D3 with K was best and I can't take pills. So I found this. I began with just 1x a day getting 1000 but then I up'd it to 2x a day getting 2000 I added magnesium as I heard they need to be taken as one speak from the other.. not sure but I finally got a bloodwork and my vitamin D was at 70!It has no taste, it's so easy to take! the only complaint is the amount. I take it 2x a day so i need one every month is seems and I wish it had a larger size but for my health, it's work it!!!!

I have a long history of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), in addition to regular depression/anxiety. Antidepressants have helped substantially with my day to day depression, but every year like clockwork when the days start getting short, I feel the familiar 'winter blues' creeping up on me. I had my Vitamin D levels checked this past winter and they were a 6, which is ridiculously lower than the recommended 50 or higher. My doctor suggested a mood light, so I purchased one and didn't notice much of a difference. It was also not very convenient, especially trying to find the time to sit in front of it with my toddlers running around, so I decided to switch to an oral supplement.I went with this one because I really don't like swallowing pills. I have the gag reflex of a 2 year old, so any time I can have a liquid option, I am all for it.I was initially worried about the taste, but as several of the other reviews have said, it is completely tasteless. I'm sensitive to weird tasting things (again, 2 year old gag reflex) and this doesn't bother me at all. I just drop a few under my tongue every morning and go about my day.I had been taking this for several weeks when my husband mentioned to me that I seemed a lot happier than last winter, and I agree. Am I skipping around the house, crazy happy? No, but that awful, heavy, weight that I have gotten every winter for as long as I can remember is significantly diminished. The difference to me has been night and day. I'm not a medical professional, but if you struggle with SAD, I would definitely ask your doctor about getting your Vitamin D levels checked, and I very much recommend this supplement.

So far this stuff seems to be doing it's job and really well I was diagnosed by my doctor with a vitamin d deficiency in which really had me feeling terribly bad but after doing my research for months and months I had run out of time and needed to find something really quick so I decided after reading all of the good reviews based on this product what the heck did I have to lose after all i couldn't feel much worse than what I was already feeling and I can tell you that it's been only a week since I started taking this stuff because in the beginning I was very sceptical about starting something new so it took me some time and guts before I started taking this stuff after purchasing and receiving it also in the beginning I did not feel any difference but now four days later I'm starting to get all of my energy back and feel just like myself again so I've decided to share my experience with family members that has been going through this same ordeal I will definitely recommend giving this one a try if you're on the fence about what to try and you're battling a deficiency also by the way this has no taste which was really important to me since everything I take usually causes nausea being that I am very sensitive to medications of any kind my only reason for the four stars is because I have only used this product for a short while so I cannot give a complete and accurate review at this moment otherwise it seems to be working really well . This product is super powerful...but I personally cannot and prefer not to take it. My decision has nothing to do with the product or company...but with my own body. I have been taking another vit d3 k2 m7 product from another company. 5000 iu of d3 and 100 mg of k2. I have no issues taking that brand. Wanted a liquid..so switched to this product. On the label it clearly states a serving is 1000 iu and 25 mgs of k2. I thought i could take enough to cover the 5000 iu of vit d3. Wrong. Has caused severe heart palpitations. Went online found this to be a side effect of too much k2. Online recommendations come off k2 and things should return to normal in about 1 week. Its been 3 days and palpitations are reducing intensity and frequency. Today is beginning of day 4 and they are greatly reduced.There was nothing wrong with the product or instructions. I simply need what my other brand and product supply, in iu and mg.If you take this product...go slow. Watch for any type heart issues.Other than that I give this product 5 stars because it works well. Too well for my purposes. Now I am not taking anything aa vit d or k2 until this works out of my system. I am allowing my system to clean its self out.Side note: If you ever add a new supplement and it causes issues stop taking it and call your doctor or research side effects. My issue was I did not go slow and to see if I would have negative side effects. Follow the label. Obviously you can not switch from a tablet or pill at the same levels a liquid.

I feel the change after using it for a few weeks. I like that it's basic tasteless.

The taste is awful, I haven’t been taking it long enough to notice any benefits.
