Didn’t expect much however I had a sore neck due to tweaking my neck while sleeping, I got to say I used this for a solid hour all over my back and neck, it got the kinks out, you can adjust it on your back to hit whatever are you want, I also used it on my thighs since I run 6-10 miles every other day. lord have mercy just buy it. this thing works wonders and for the price you can’t beat it. though, if you have narrow shoulders it may dig into your shoulder blades. the massager seems a little wide so i have to angle it to keep it on my muscles and not massaging into bone.

It’s comfortable to wear, the sleeves are comfortable, and it comes with a cloth to put on it so it’s comfortable on your skin, functions well. Has enough weight where it feels like a real massage. Tip: if you sit upright in a chair with a high back and arms you can really angle it and position it to work out the kinks and release your knots in your neck, back and shoulders. After one use it improved my ROM in my neck. I’ve only used it once thus far so I can’t speak to the longevity of the item but for the price and what you’re getting it’s worth it. Best impulse purchase I’ve made. I was desperate for some relief. This thing is my new bf. GET IT!

I ordered this to replace my prev homemedic massager I used daily. This one is very cumbersome. Not heavy really just alot of stuff to situate on yourself. It has heat but you don’t feel it at all I’m always checking to see if it is on. I like heat. The massage part is nice for back and shoulders has four balls each side. but I need mostly for my neck and the balls are too far apart and don’t touch the pained area. It only stays on 15min then shuts off. Tried 3 times to set up warranty account couldn’t do it. Kept having to leave the site to get needed info and never could return to the same site had to keep starting over. I don’t have that kind of time. So it’s just ok. Does not really serve my needs of a painful neck either. Was going to keep but trying the warranty multiple times was so frustrating I’m returning.
