A Piece of Cake: Sweet and Simple Quilts from Layer Cake Squares

Love layer cakes and charm squares so a new book with new patterns was a must buy. Do I need more patterns? No, but the authors are amazing and it will be a treat to make new things for friends and family. Well written with gorgeous photos.

I checked this book out of the library and didn't want to return it! I am so happy to finally have a copy of my own.

Very nice quilting book. The pictures are very colorful and bright. Some new patterns for me and I love pre-cuts so now have patterns to use all these layer cakes. The instructions are clear, I like patterns that tell the finished block size and the finished quilt size..this has both.

Well written patterns that are easy to follow. I can recommend this book.

Quilts for beginning and experienced quilters. Very good instructions and supply lists. Extra tips and detailed basics. Purchased kindle version but may purchase paper to enjoy as well.

I am a beginner quilter but still hoping that I can make several of these quilts found in this book. Their are at least 3 that I'm hoping to make. My favorite is the one that spells out L-O-V-E.

This book is well written, has clear instructions, and good photos. Patterns are easy.
