This oil is better than any mouthwash. It increases your oral health, helps remove plaque, removes build up on your tongue, and freshens your breath. The first time I used it, it was pretty strong and made my eyes water just from two drops. However, subsequent use was much easier as my tolerance for its potent mixture was increased. I can’t imagine anything replacing this in my oral hygiene routine.

This stuff really is incredible. My doctor recommended it to me for my self and my daughter and it's incredible. The flu went through our house a couple weeks ago and my daughter and I didn't get it. We add a drop on our toothpaste morning and night.

I Drop this on my toothbrush and/or apply to gum line with cotton swab. Good for gum and dental health overall. The spice is very spicy…but after several uses it became more tolerable. Rubbed on gums when I had an oral cold sore. Sped healing.
