I started this prior to conceiving, and continue taking daily. My prenatal has 150mg choline, and I eat eggs nearly daily, but just in case, I usually take 2 of these daily (1 with breakfast and another with dinner).

In my opinion, this product is well worth the money spent on it. I did my own research on Choline during my daughter's pregnancy. Her Dr was told of her use during her pregnancy. It worked well for my daughter during her pregnancy (she began using it "after" discussing it with her physician.

I saw a video once talking about the importance of taking choline while pregnant (additionally from what is in your prenatal vitamin because it's not enough). I swear it helps, my baby is super smart even though she was born preemie due and a lot of her intelligence I contribute to taking this while pregnant with her. Even after giving birth I kept taking them for my own postpartum brain fog and to hopefully pass on to baby through breastmilk.The pills don't have a funny taste or smell to them and also I had no side effects.I would definitely recommend.Good value for money too.
