You have to hold the end of your hair taut when using this to get the best results, make sure to pull hair (the top layer) diagonal to create additional tension and movement, and move the dryer down slowly. End with a cool shot. I got the best results when my hair was damp, with redken heat protection cream, and the heat and air flow at 2. The top most layer of my hair got slightly frizzy, but not much at all. I do need to do a final passthrough with a straightening iron for a no-frizz look. My hair looks awesome, similar to a round brush for me!

This attachment is great for smoothing out short straight hair. I think it works similar to one of those straightening brushes that’s like a flat iron.

I bought the shark hair dryer on the shark website and did not include this attachment in my purchase. I wish I did!! I ended up ordering it on Amazon and it was the best purchase I could have made!! I use it so much and it straightens my hair so nicely
