Used this product for a few years, works well for us combined with Lessman's other product Coenzyme Q-10 200mg. joint pain and more are almost gone. We are 72yo and 75yo. if I stop them joint pain returns so we are sticking to these products...Good luck...

As with any alternative medication it hard to be 100% sure if it’s helping or not ... after taking as recommended I have noticed an improvement in my knees and hands with regard to pain. At the time of this review I have taken one bottle and starting on my second.
