Good, healthy sweet snack, kinda
I LOVE this stuff. I try to eat more beans, and when I want a sweet snack, this is perfect to reach for that meets that expectation. Beans, low fat, no cholesterol, high fiber but also high sugar. A couple tablespoons are enough for my sweet tooth, without worrying about fat and the other gross things in food.
