Complete Garbage!
This stlink V2 clone is garbage. It often drops connection to USB. The Windows 10 device manager sometimes won't load the driver when plugged in. I've tried different versions of drivers and and have tried updating firmware in both the stlink utility and STM32CUBEPROGRAMMER. The firmware update utility in either app will sometimes not even recognize the dongle. It even tends to cause the apps to run slow or hang at times.

Cheaply made, had to return.
Not that I was expecting something bulletproof, but was extremely disappointed in the quality of this thing. The plastic casing was cracked when it arrived and the cable leads ended up pulling out a pin the very first time I tried to use it. Ended up having to return it. Highly suggest buying a more expensive unit if you're planning on any repetitive/extended use.

Good price and works fine.

Worked one I updated the firmware.
The programmer didn't do anything until I updated the firmware with the STM32CubeProgrammer software. After I did that it debugs like a charm.

3.3V PIN is only 2volts
the output voltage is low and will make it hard to program some MCUs and impossible to debug unless you have an external power source.
