Good
I wanted to write bad things about this, but in the end all of the problems were user error or misunderstanding. In fact, it's well made just difficult to understand. I'm American by the way. Notes:1) This device doesn't convert voltage. That means it's only good for cell phone and laptop chargers (and only then if they are modern and are clearly marked to work with 120 to 240 volt AC input range, not just 120 volts.2) Can't use polarized American plugs... however things with such plugs usually have motors (such as shavers) and those wouldn't work with 240 volts anyway. So you need a more expensive adapter that converts voltage as well and that should accept polarized plugs.3) If you're going to Europe, all you need is the tiny part at the top.4) Built-in USB is 1 amp which is as good as a recent iPhone charger, but not as strong as an iPad charger (2.4 amps)... so good charging for phones, but slow for some tablets.5) You can actually plug the little Euro adapter in Europe, then plug the Amercan into that, and finally the Great Brittain into that. The resulting monstrosity will allow you to plug one American 120 volt device in and also one USB device... only problem is the American device port is partly obstructed by the release clips. I had an old HTC adapter that worked with it anyway, but my iPhone adapter wouldn't. Of course, you just take the monstrosity off and use the little Euro adapter by itself, or else use the built-in USB.I didn't realize it won't allow for polarized plugs, but on second though my shaver only works on 120 volt anyway and this device doesn't convert voltage. Basically, this thing is only good for cell phone and laptop chargers (read the fine print on your charger and make sure it can work with AC input range from 120 to 240 or beyond; not just 120 or 240).I thought I had a zinger of a negative... I took the device apart and reversed the two big parts which gives you an American to American "adapter" but with the bonus feature of a dedicated USB port. But I then took the European adapter and connected it to the Americn plug thinking it was necessary...

Great Travel Adapter
I live in the US but travel to Europe & Africa occasionally. I had some issues at first but now really like this travel adapter. On a trip to South Africa, after a blackout the adapter stopped working. I was really annoyed at first but it turned out it was only the fuse that blew. It's a safety feature on the adapter, that prevented damage to my iPhone and laptop. I emailed the seller for a refund and they told me there is an additional fuse attached to the adapter. NOTE to anybody looking for a travel adapter: get one with a fuse! It's very cheap to replace ($0.10) and it will protect your electronics. It's also worth mentioning that you are not supposed to use the adapter for high voltage things like hairdryer or water kettle. I mainly use it for charging electronics. Also, for going to Europe, you have to use the plug that comes in the grey bag.I think this adapter is great value for people who travel a lot. I bought another one for my brother. He travels frequently too and has had no issues with it.

Does the job in every country I've been to, works so well I bought it twice!
I had previously received this as a gift, and am repurchasing since my first one broke. I had my previous adaptor for YEARS and I travel internationally often, and use everything from blow dryers and flat irons to computer and phone chargers. This works, and although it seems kind of flimsy, it held up to years of use. Has worked in every country I've visited. You can also plug in a USB charger, at the same time as a regular plug, so you get double the plugs :)Obviously it's good enough that I'm re-purchasing!(Note: I use USA plugs, can't speak for other plug inputs)

loose parts
3 different parts to maneuver. They all work however My seperate connector for France got stuck in the socket when i pulled the unit out and i didn't realize it. So i had to go the rest of the 5 days without the ability to charge my phone on my own. I was very annoyed who thinks let me check the socket to make sure nothing got stuck when you intentionally remembered to get the charge out the socket in the first place.Look for a universal with non removal or connecting parts. When traveling you don't want to have to look for all the parts. You want one interconnected unit that transforms easily to fit all sockets.

Reliable!
Traveled to France, Sweden, and Denmark and was able to charge my laptop and cell phone simultaneously with no problem. I love it so much I use it in the US. Although I love it my one design request would be the weight/balance of the product my computer power adapter is heavy and due to the nature of the EU plugs I would sometimes need to find something to prop the travel adapter so it would not become unplugged.

It was recommended he pack a product like this
My son recently traveled to Europe for two weeks on a high school band tour, visiting seven countries (England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, and Italy). It was recommended he pack a product like this, so I did some research and decided this one seemed like a great value: compact and versatile at good price. I am happy to report that, upon his return, he was completely satisfied with this product! It worked exactly as it was supposed to. Excellent product, great value!

Very good quality, recommend actually!
Using it right now! Feels good in terms of weight and material.Decent quality, hasn't overheated or burnt out already. You don't get a 5 star because when I remove the Europe pin and put the Indian one on, the Europe part has to be stored separately.

Good product for your international travel needs
Just got this product for an upcoming European trip. Works really well, all you need for most countries. Charges multiple devices at the same time, sturdy, durable, reliable. Just be careful as the product is not for charging heavy duty electrical devices like a water kettle as that draws too much power and can break the fuse. It breaks the fuse so does not damage your valuable electronics.Highly recommended
