Does this product require any special tools to mix or apply? How are the two components mixed? Thanks.

The components are mixed in the nozzles attached(one spare). The cartridge requires a caulking gun to dispense. It is easier to dispense with a high thrust caulk gun.

Will this work for gluing the tiles that have fallen off in my pool? website says country of origin is china but picture show manufactured in usa?

Anything that I am ever attempted to glue back together with this stuff is still holding strong to this day. Best adhesive I've ever tried hands down!
