Good daily multivitamin, easy to take
I’ve been using these vitamins daily and I’m very satisfied. Tablets are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, even when taken without food. I feel more balanced and less tired during the day, especially in the mornings. Good combination of essential vitamins and minerals for everyday use. Packaging is practical and delivery was fast. Hard to be objective but I believe they help.
I suppose it's hard to be objective about their overall value, but as I am in my seventies and take one a day, and still manage to accomplish most tasks, they must be of some benefit. Of course there are numerous factors to good health, but I believe they are a sensible investment, at a reasonable price and these are much cheaper on Amazon compared to the High Street.
