Alive! Women's Energy Multivitamin - Gummies

I have been taking these multivitamin chews for several years and buying them at a local health care shop. I then came across them on Amazon at a lot cheaper price so ordered them. I really like these vitamins. They taste nice, are a bit like soft wine gums and have an excellent range of vitamins in them...most at a 100% recommended daily allowance level. I don’t get on with vitamin tablets as I cannot tolerate the chalk like compound they are bound with. These don’t have that and I’ve had no issues taking them. They certainly make me feel better for taking them and as they are pleasant to take it’s certainly not a hardship. So if you feel you would benefit from taking a multivitamin or your gp recommends them then I wouldn’t hesitate to try these.

Oh my gosh these vitamins are delicious! Seriously, if I have a sweet tooth, and no snacks in the house, I have to remind myself not to eat them as sweets. But I tell you what, you will never forget to take your vitamins again with these. This is my second tub of the Women's Energy soft jells - I used to take the Alive daily energy tablets, but they were so large and unpleasant to swallow, that I often missed doses. I didn't want to switch brands, as I like Alive's formulation which includes a fruit and veggie blend along with the multivitamin. Definitely now feeling the benefit of taking them regularly, and I also think it is important to get the gender specific formulas, as our bodies do have different needs. Now on to the catch ... you need to take two soft jells per day - which makes for a somewhat pricey tub of vitamins. Worth it though.

I’ve been taking these for 2 months, and stopped. Straight away I noticed a difference; I felt tired, and came down with the flu. I subsequently started them again and feel genuinely full of life; happier, I have more energy, I don’t seem to get colds and sniffles. Everyone seems to mention that they smell weird, admittedly they do when you first open the bottle, but they don’t taste like the smell they just taste like gummy sweets. There are two different ones a strawberry and an orange although I’m pretty sure they taste the same, I normally take one of each at the same time. Highly recommend :)

I'm a 31 year old mum of two, constantly feeling tired and run down - the perks of motherhood! I thought I would try out some vitamins and I was NOT disappointed! I was skeptical at first but after a few weeks I felt like I had more energy. Bonus - they taste really nice like sweets!

Cant tell if they are working as of yet only been taking them 3 days. They taste great which is good but the smell fairly bad but taste like sweets

But have you lot ever eaten anything tasty in your life?! Sheesh.. Honestly, these don't taste great, so please don't be fooled into thinking they will change the game on multivitamins and that you will jump for joy every morning at the prospect of taking them. I imagined these to live up to the hype and to taste like the orange kids multivitamins of old, or some sort of healthy version of gummy bears, but they certainly don't. They've got a weird grainy texture which sticks to your tongue and teeth and you need to wash them down with lots of water afterwards. The smell when you open the box is also very unpleasant, so not great a first impression. Do you get a lot of these in the box? Yes. Is that a double edged sword, because you wince every time you open it thinking 'no, no, surely not still this many left?!' Yes. I can't truthfully say I've noticed a difference to my energy, immunity, hair & skin, but that's because I'm not scoffing these like sweets every day. Twice a day is also 2x more than I really want to be putting this anywhere near my tastebuds.

Recent weight loss surgery and needed a good quality vitamin that was not a Tablet. These vitamins are small, chewable and sweet like. Very easy to take and taste fine. Recent blood tests show I am not lacking any vitamins or minerals so think they are doing the job!!
