Taking them daily, as my doctor said even if I spend a lot of time outside, the uk lacks sunlight so we should always supplement with extra vitamin d, and so I do. You get loads at a cheap price

Difficult to give a review as it's impossible to verify the actual vitamins content. All I can say is that they are the same size as other tablets from other brands and just as easy to swallow.

Small and easy to take. Bright green colour means it’s easy to distinguish from my other pills. Tasteless. Good level of vitamin, one is your RDA.

Half of the tablets were missing from the box. Description says 96 tablets, box says 96 tablets, only 48 were in the box.

I don't recommend buying these anymore. I used to buy them but the most recent batch I received have an odd chemical flavor that was not there in previous batches.
