Phot-RProfessional Universal 13 x 10cm Softbox Flash Diffuser for Flashguns

It's badly made out of very poor quality plastic. It is not easy to use and light will leak out when used. Even though the price is low I would recommend you spend a little more for something better. The one I bought I will never use.

This soft box is great, easy to put on, use and store, it folds flat so hardly takes up any space at all in my camera bag. It creates a nice soft light, I have had some good results using this soft box and always have it with me because you never know when you will need it. I recommend this item to others. I have bought other soft boxes off eBay which were not as good as this one especially for the price. Effective at close and long range, I bought two so could have on both my flashguns.

(13x10cm version) Adds some diffusion, but as a limitation of its compact size it's still not all that good for when you need flash to be your primary light source and have to use a direct rather than bounced flash. Works well enough for a less powerful fill flash, plus I found it's perhaps a bit better for bouncing light off a ceiling than a "bare" flash when you want an even light coverage. It's not the prettiest and the strapping method isn't the most convenient, but it works. The extremely affordable price makes it 4/5, otherwise it'd be 3/5.

This is a nice size and folds down into a portable shape. It has an advantage over rivals in the velcro strap, which fixes it securely and will add to longevity. I prefer to use bouce flash but outside this is soooo much better than non diffused light. I'm looking forward to using it off camera both inside and outside to play with lighting options. A really cheap piece of kit that adds value to the flash.

On the plus side, it works and it is cheap. On the negative, it leaks light from the sides (which depending on what you shoot, may or may not matter, but could be fixed with gaffer tape). It comes off easily, but seems a pain to fit back on. If you plan on leaving it in place, then no problem. But if you need to take it on and off this will start to irritate.It isn't awful, it does it's main job fine, and at the price I feel a bit mean about only giving 3 stars. But just want people to be aware of the limitations.

These are rubbish and very poorly made. I was not expecting any different since the price was so cheap. The plastic bands that you thread the Velcro strap through instantly broke. That's probably why your also supplied with a rubber band. The White diffuser bit is plastic also and not a cloth like material that I was expecting like in similar larger softboxes. It even smells cheap like the inside of a poundshop. The sides are not sealed so there is light leakage. To my surprise they did diffuse the flash light enough to get OK results when using them for up close macro shots where I was only 5-6 inches away from subjects so they fulfilled the task that I needed them for (I bought two)

Have used this for portraits and it's excellent for the price.It folds down flat so lives next to my flash. It is a little fiddly to install, but once on the flash I don't see it is going to fall off - it comes with an elastic band but I haven't used that.The result is great - it softens the light from the flash effectively. I would recommend this product for the amateur photographer who takes occasional portraits. I expect there are better products out there for someone who takes portraits frequently.

Given the price I was quite sceptical as to what I would receive but was pleasantly surprised. Good quality, used a good few times and it’s still as new. Folds down flat so hardly takes up any space at all.

It’s exactly what you pay for, it works but you have to use an elastic, which is provided. I just wish I knew that before hand.

Finalmente sono riuscita ad utilizzarlo. È ottimo, peccato solamente per l'elastico per tenerlo saldo sul obiettivo

Sieht etwas lustig aus, wenn er so auf dem Blitz steckt aber macht ein weiches Licht. Benutze ihn, wenn man direkt von der Kamera aus Blitzen muss. Ist solide, lässt sich flach zusammenfalten und nimmt keinen Platz weg.
