Q: How best to use this? Can you grind the salt first to get to dissolve easier

Either way as long as a small amount is used. The effects are the same. Good as a spa bath treatment alongside coconut oil (natural) and a few drops of lavender. Soak for 20mins, once a week.

I googled this...... What is Himalayan salt made of? Pink Himalayan salt is chemically similar to table salt. It contains up to 98 percent sodium chloride. The remainder of the salt is made up of trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which give the salt its light pink tint. I wouldn't use on broken skin but I do wash my face when I have a bath and I now have good skin. Any salt is good for skin, its why your skin feels good after swim in the sea but if salt hurts your excema then don't use this product. I use it for fibro and it works :)
