Thankfully, this seems to be a one-off problem as I haven’t experienced it with others before.Overall, it’s still a fantastic eyebrow pencil that’s affordable and effective. Just be mindful when sharpening, and it should work beautifully!

This pencil is the best I have purchased and used. It's definitely a dark brown in colour and makes my brows look naturally fuller and well shaped. So easy to use. I would definitely recommend this pencil and I will definitely buy again.
