MUHLE Plastic Head Cover for Safety Razors

Yes it is expensive but I think it is well worth the money. I keep my Muhle razor out on display in the bathroom and the guard looks great on it. I also have a 4 year old grandson to think about and don't want him touching a razor blade. It is extremely well made and fits my Muhle safety razor like a glove, nice and snug and safe. Can't fault it you will not be disappointed.

Expensive at full price ,in the region of ten pounds. I was looking at right time and got it for £4 . This is still expensive though for pennies worth of plastic . On the plus side ,it looks well made and durable. If you pay full asking price you will feel robbed ,just my opinion.

Great product and I use it on my main razor when I'm away but may have not got it as it came with the travel kit but it isn't listed. Just like a double edge razor. A great surprise in the combined travel pack but not when the Amazon bit says also brought with a travel pack. There's selling and there's over selling. Muhel are not to blame and there products are top notch. It was Amazon that I was disappointed with for the overselling.

Let's get this straight, this Safety Razor Blade Guard fits over the head of my safety razor like a glove. It protects the razor, my fingers and my cats from injury. It does exactly what it is meant to do. Here's the rub: It is a piece of plastic, a small piece of moulded plastic worth mere pennies. It sells for a fiver. The fact that it does what it's supposed to and the fact that I feel ripped off by the cost of it creates a sense of cognitive dissonance that I can't ignore. Were this to be a couple of pounds, it would be a five star item.

Does what it says on the box :) I used it on an Edwin Jagger DE 89. It's a fairly soft piece of plastic that fits snugly, does not touch the blade, does not fall off. Used it twice. A bit expensive considering tat it's thin plastic plastic but recommended.

Doesn’t fit a Wilkinson Sword razor so requested a refund. Can’t speak for its quality as unable to use. Only posting a review in case other Wilkinson Sword razor owners are considering a purchase. Great idea in principle but I think I’ll look at more flexible materials in a guard

This razor cover just does the job. I had cut different fingers three times prior to getting this. Definitely worth it, highly recommended.

It's expensive for what it is, but if you're looking at this you are paying for some convenience. Works great for my Merkur Model 180, and makes it much easier for me to transport and store the razor.
