Can this copper tape be used on a roof to kill moss?

Hello, Thank you for getting in touch! Yes, copper tape is great at preventing moss growth. Simply place tape on both sides of the roof's apex (the highest point) and let the tape do the rest. Rainwater will ionize the tape and carry the copper ion particles down the roof surface - killing the moss on the way. However, I recommend using our 2" thick copper tape instead of this one as it will be more effective. Can this product be used to solder AA batteries together

I Have not tried to solder this product, But aluminium does not normally take solder, however there are way to do it. this product is thicker than foil so may take it easier, Just search for a technique.

Can this tape be treated to mature to a green finnish - to create green copper leaves attacted to palm fronds as a component of a copper palm tree.

Ours has never gone green but it is not exposed to damp atmosphere - we only use it for electric lighting in dolls houses/model railways. I know copper on church roofs goes green.

Is it safe to put on someone's face (for an art project)

The adhesive has not been tested for skin contact and I would not recommend doing so. As other customers have advised, the edges can be share (the tape is a thin metal) and also could prove dangerous when applied to the face. This is not one of the intended uses of this product.
