will it hold brackets for roller blinds

Not plastic ones. It does not stick well to plastic. \\\\use a cyanoacrylic adhesive or plastic welding adhesive.

Does anybody know if this will stick pla together? looking for a strong adhesive for my 3d prints and if not, has anybody got any recommendations?

Hi, I believe it will stick PLA, but not ideal, my choice would to go for a 2 pack glue ( MA ) its ideal for plastics, has a handling time in 10 mins as it cures quickly when mixed, best leave for 24 hours to fully harden off if its going to be moved, can use a peg or tape to hold pieces togethers, I have used clamps wire clothes pegs for 10 mins as to not disturb the bond during initial cure

will it stick together a car bumper which has unchecked at side joints and stay held in place? Tried super glue doesn't work.

Can't say without seeing the detail : Is it Plastic, metal etc. It is probably unlikely for anything structural on a car like that. For plastic you would be better off using something like Bostik Hard Plastic Glue.

Once cured, is there a way to destroy/remove the araldite as I have made a mistake.

As previously stated - Google may be your best option otherwise contact araldite directly.
