It is a very big pill that many cannot swallow...helps if you take it with applesauce or a thick liquid like veg V-8. And some can't tolerate the smell. V-75 is a good pill with less content. Always take a vit/min pill after your biggest meal, pref. at the end of the day when your body can make the best use of it while you rest.
