It’s all in the name........100% power
I accidentally walked into an open wooden bureau door (45cm square) and broke off the entire hinge side of the frame. In the doghouse! I thought about getting a new door made as the damage seemed terminal, but decided to try glueing it and them adding some form of bracing behind the door as the hinges are highly sprung to keep the door closed. Decided to use this glue as it is transparent and allows time to reposition the join if necessary. Easy to apply after dampening the wood; I also used a pair of Irwin clamps to keep the joint tight for about two hours. I couldn’t believe the apparent strength of the join, so much so that I wasn’t able to resist refitting the door the next day, without any further bracing, and it looks and works fine - very impressed!

Definitely Water-Resistant
A piece of my shower head kept popping out, and so I ordered this, albeit with scepticism - most products in this day & age that boast they are water-resistant typically are for about a week, and then it becomes as useful as an appendix. It’s been quite some time since I applied this to my shower head & voila!! No more screaming at the high-heavens for one decent shower before work.I also used it to put a piece of fence back in place, and the fence has stayed in place since, despite being bombarded with wind & rain all Spring.Always happy when a product actually does what the label says it can do!

Good glue for glass
I have a lead lined glass handling plate commemorating the 1986 Tallships Race in Tynemouth, which unfortunately was the victim of young children and sat in pieces on top of a bookshelf for many years. I bought this glue in the hopes I could solve this ancient jigsaw puzzle.I found this glue fit the bill admirably. While I do have some other contact glue that may have worked, it dries to a urine-inspired yellow colour, which wasn't exactly what I wanted. This glue states it dries clear, and it certainly does. If you don't try and adjust what you're gluing, then it's quite quick to form a bond. It gets a little fiddly if you break the bond though if things aren't drying straight.Unlike some of the other glues I have, it doesn't smell like you have your head in a vat of toxic waste.I wish it was easier to clean from surfaces though while still wet - despite my best efforts, the bead of glue I ran across the glass edges was still to much, causing it to squeeze out the join. Trying to clean it off with just smeared it across the glass. Given the glass has a decal on it (and on the "front"), it means I can't cut the glue off without damaging something that is already damaged due to age and the original break. But that is just a cautionary tale for me to use even less glue next time.Overall, a decent glue for repairing glass breakages.

Worked perfectly
This stuff is just amazing! Used it to glue a PVC door knob back into it's metal surrounding - has worked an absolute charm - didn't use clamps or anything, just held it in place for the first few seconds, then left it upside-down for gravity and 24hrs to finish it. There is a danger of feeling the need to walk around the house 'glueing' things back together.

Good brand and good price
Excellent 'superglue' by a reliable company and a nice quantity too in a bottle that lasts - not a microscopic bottle that dries up after a few weeks.

OK, bit sh*t though
a bit sh*t really. this wont glue metal together, but will do a perfectly good job gluing paper

Exceptionally average glue. Useless as a powerful adhesive
Singularly useless as a superglue type application. It sticks to anything but does not form a rigid bond. It instead forms a slightly rubbery bond. I’ve used this several times now for metal and wood and plastic. It works for non load bearing applications but anything that involves pressure, it simply gives way. As a glue it’s average. As a 100% powerful blah blah blah it’s useless. Spend the time and effort to use an epoxy or the good old fashioned superglue.

Very strong glue, sticks anything to anything
Used this stuff to glue a plastic outdoor thermometer to my porch glass window. Takes a while to dry, so I had to lean a thin plank of wood against the thermometer for 30 minutes because I couldn't be bothered standing there and holding it. Of course, when it had dried I noticed I had put it on upside down and couldn't get it off again, duh. If it bothered me I would have to buy another thermometer and replace the window. because I've got a feeling it won't come off without breaking something.
