You are looking at a husband with so many brownie points, its like them old fashioned arcades where you win paper tickets, except I got enough to buy the whole store.When I was asked to order some non-stick paper, our last lot (not this product) was actually appalling. It stuck to everything. So I hit the amazon reviews and carefully curated a shortlist of possibles. I was a bit weary of this at first, it is a lot. 75m is a lot. In fact I got the usual rolling eyes when I pulled the trigger and it eventually turned up. The “omg what have you gone and done” rolling of eyes. You know what I mean.My, how things changed! As soon as we started using this, we both realised it is wonder stuff. Nothing sticks. Its large enough to put under literally anything and we get clean and dirt-free trays and pans back! We just put them straight back in the cupboard!Meat joints, cakes, pastries... Nothing.. NOTHING sticks. I hope now you can appreciate how all the browny points started to flood my way. Literally after every time my wife uses it, she looks me square in the eye and states "I bl**dy love this stuff".It does colour a little in high heat ovens (browns a tiny bit). Doesn't affect the performance - I am just gutted I can't fold it back up and stick it back in the box to be re-used.Odd thing to end on, but this stuff will change your life.

Great Parchment and Good Value. Very general size with handy paper cutting blade (take care though). The box isn't too large either, it fits in a shallow kitchen drawer. It does not stick on baking stone-baked bread (without oiling). Yet to use it for butter based baking, I think it will work well. Though it isn't brown like my previous traditional parchment which is very hard to get now, but the non-stick property is defnitely a real modern convenince, which is what people expected from a parchment. Do not confuse cheaper grease proof paper/ wax paper, which sticks terribly even after oiling!!

In my view this is the best parchment on the market! It is nice and thick and definitely does not need greasing like other cheaper makes when cake making etc. I bought it in December and use it quite a lot. Still loads left. I consider it reasonably priced as it is such a large quantity.

A few extra centimetres in width means I use far less than with shorter rolls. It's a little fiddly getting the cutting edge on and the paper threaded, but worth the trouble. The parchment itself is a little thinner than some others I have used, but that hasn't made any difference in cooking with it. I will be buying this again - a long time from now!

I use a lot of baking parchment for baking and decided to try this instead of buying the supermarket lols. I’m so glad I did as it’s great quality and I love the width which is wider. It’s really non stick which is great. I wish this was made with unbleached paper but that’s the only thing I would change.

Trying to go plastic free and not buying cling film, so have started to use baking parchment in my cooking, storing and everything else. It works extremely well, is biodegradable, recyclable and above all is kinder to the environment.

This stuff is like wax paper for fairy tale giants. It's truly enormous. The width of the paper is about 4 inches longer than the length of my largest casserole pan. It works very well - quite thick and nice quality. I fully expect it to last me forever.
