Munchkin Fresh Food Feeder, 2 Pack, Blue/Mint

I started using these with my 6 months old and she LOVES them! I have fed her seasonal fruits (melon, peach, apricot) and she is delighted to chew and suckle on the fruits by herself - BTW she will not eat the same fruits if served grated and with a teaspoon! Self-service works best!! ;)) Once she finishes her main course I prepare the feeder for her with fruit, add a tea towel around her torso to collect juices and let her have fun (and eat and drink) while I clean up dishes etc. - a very nice way to have her spend ten minutes after her meal sitting up to better digest. Bananas are hard to clean, but otherwise other fruits are perfect! I look forward to giving her savoury foods in the feeder later on, like pieces of parmesan cheese or cooked meat to munch on! :) Highly recommended!!

My 5 months old didn't quite take to it straight away. I was trying apple. Then one day I tried peach.. and she sucked and chewed until there was no more peach. Same with banana and avocado.. Try different foods. I find it useful when going out. It is not as messy as trying to give her finger foods, though don't be fooled.. It IS messy all the same. When you pair 5 or 6 months old with food.. nothing is clean ^_^ To be noted - It is Quite hard work to clean, especially with banana.

I was a bit unsure after reading some reviews but though I'd order it anyway. The people who say it's difficult to clean are the ones that leave food in it for a long time to dry. I have used it with fish, scrambled eggs and other good and has been very easy yo clean! I'm very happy with this product

Useful in early weaning as cuts down on waste and mess!! Can be tricky to clean but I find a trip through the dishwasher and a hand wash normally gets all food residues off. Great for food that can't be cut up into stick shapes and squishy fruits like strawberries and raspberries.

My baby is teething and eating solids and she loves these for both. I put frozen bananas in them for teething and other foods for her to eat on her own. I read the reviews about the bags being torn and fraying but I haven't seen that in mine. They are dishwasher safe but I've noticed that the bags collect things from the dishwasher so I hand wash them.

This product is a great concept but trying to wash it after esp after banana or fruits is difficult. And the smell after washing sometimes musty. AND I AM WASHING IT WELL I BELIEVE

I bought this for my 6-month old baby boy as he is teething at the moment. I put a chunk of apple in it and he chews on it until there is nothing left. I feel at ease as he cannot choke on the apple, as it is safely contained in the feeder. He loves the taste of the apple and the soothing he gets from gnawing and sucking on it. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends. :)

Feeder sind toll. Farblich kann man es sogar in Gemüse und Obst einteilen. Klappt super mit Banane oder sogar mit gedünstetem Gemüse/Obst. Das Baby hat Spaß daran und wusste sofort was damit zu tun ist (6. Monate alt) Unser Kind lutscht/kanbbert fleißig daran rum. Man muss Dank der Qualität keine Angst haben, dass es reißt. Verschluss ist sicher, Baby kann es nicht öffnen. Reinigung: muss man mit einer guten Bürste (Bürste für Babyflaschen oder Trinkfalschen z.B.) sauber machen. Zu beachten ist, dass Baby macht damit eine kleine Sauerei, da es mit den Händen den Brei/Saft, welches durch das Netzt kommt, zu greifen kriegt. Aber hin und wieder darf unser Kind halt mal ein wenig kleckern, hat jedenfalls mächtig Spaß dabei. Wir würden es wieder kaufen. Preis ist OK.

We got these a few months ago and they are terrific. Bit of work to clean but worth it. If you have a little girl like mine who is strong minded like her mom, she won't be to fond of you wanting to spoon feed her, she will want to do it herself! These let your little one nibble and suck away and try to feed themselves while containing most of the mess. We have used this with all kinds of mashed veggies, fruit pieces and even some meat. It's a great way to break into solid food, we started around 6 months and used them for a few months. The little one is getting to the point now at 9 months where she can feed herself a lot of things without the feeder.
