I bought this as I have 3 cats at home who hate each other. They hiss at each other in passing and have the odd little scrap if they surprise each other . I live in a bungalow so plugged it in the hallway so it's central and leave it on constantly. I have used it for a month and can't really say if its made any difference to my cats, nothing noticeable anyway. I have bought a refill as maybe it takes longer to make a difference? The actual product is made well. It gets a bit warm but I guess that's how it works.

I bought this to use whilst I was introducing a new cat to our others, it helped but I’ve found another make that’s cheaper and better and works with my dogs too.

Trialling this as 1 of my 3 cats has been showing signs of stress. Early days but I think he is settling.

The plug in diffuser provided is weak and snaps when trying to plug in to the socket. I am not certain that the concoction itself works as my male cat is still passive aggressive after two months of use. It's very expensive for what it actually is too. I wouldn't recommend.

I consider myself a valued customer of both Amazon.co.uk and Feliway, which is why I find it so difficult to write this review. In the main, I take great joy in providing 5* Reviews but, on this occasion, I'm left with no other alternative but to submit an extremely rare hyper-negative review. We've used this Feliway Product and nearly every single one of their products, on the market, but to no avail. Although Feliway advertises itself as the top product, they're not only excessively over-priced but also the least effective of all the cat-calming products we've ever used, in the last 20 years of being cat-parents. When we first started using Feliway Friends, on a recommendation, we had 3 cats, namely Peggi (who was 14, when she died earlier this year), Terri (9 years old) and Gremlin (7 years old, who joined us in September 2022, from Saudi Arabia and is part feral.) We were hoping that Feliway would live up to its reputation, however, now after many months, a myriad of episodes of open warfare, between all three cats, usually instigated by Gremlin, we decided to try Feliway as a highly recommended solution. What an absolute waste of money! However, we thought we'd give Feliway a second chance and switch to Feliway Optimum, as this was recommended, by their company, as the most effective product for our Feline Household. Unfortunately, Feliway has again let us down, for a second time, after having spent yet another fortune on a product that is, for all intent and purposes, falsely advertised as a product that works as well as they say it does. We've learned a very hard and extremely expensive lesson, in regards to Feliway Products and would now actively discourage anyone looking for a calming solution, for their multi-cat households, to avoid Feliway like the plague.

I’ve always taken these things with a pinch of salt, but I finally have proof it works! And I’m thrilled! I bought one a few months ago as I moved house, and didn’t want to have stressed cats in my home, but was never convinced of its effectiveness. 3 months later, I noticed Hank kept chasing Marvin round the house, scrapping and being really mean. It was continuous and really stressing me out. They can go out during daylight hours, but with dodgy weather Marvin has not really been out at all, Hank just going out for a couple of hours a day. I was thinking of taking them to the vets, in case they had issues, but at £65 each I thought I’d grab one of these first, at just over £20. 24 hours later I think we’ve had one minor scrap, and ended the day like this. I couldn’t be happier.

10/10. i have three cats in my room who frequently walks around the house every day. i have one 3 year old neutered male and two females that are not nutered. the mum (who is 2) and the daughter (who is 8 months). my male cat loves both cats but mostly the kitten as he watched her grow up. my male cat used to wee out of the litter box basically everyday (always in the same spot), i assumed it was because he was smelling a different scent between the female cats and himself (which is one of the reasons why i’m getting my girls nutered). i went to the vets and they said i was right and there’s genuinely nothing wrong with him but the reason behind him doing this everyday/every couple of days is because he’s marking his spot so the girls know he’s “in charge of the room” and they also said he (my male cat) knows i wouldn’t sell him which is another reason why he’s marking his scent in the same spot (implying he’s a spoiled boy and he knows it) and he’s genuinely a healthy handsome boy whose very spoiled for his age. i decided to change the litter to everclean (the multiple cats one ) which worked out perfectly as he stopped weeing out of the litter box for a while, but he started doing it again. (i forgot to mention he gets along with the other cat which is the mum to the kitten, he isn’t the dad, but sometimes he would chase the mum around the room to try and bite her neck) (basically trying to do his old tricks that he used to do with every female cat he saw when he was un-neutered 😂) anyways, i bought this plug 2-3 days ago. and im impressed, i genuinely didn’t think it would work cos how can a plug with liquid inside make an actual affect on my cats?? but i am genuinely surprised by the fact in a couple of hours of switching the plug on, my cats were all cuddled together on my bed and most of all my male cat was playing around with both of my girls. (he was always abit jealous of the mum as he not only used to try to bite her neck but he used to “playfully” attack her and sometimes with the intention of making her scared of him as he was always the only cat when he first came to me, and there were female cats in and out of his life but he was mostly just with me , if not with me then he was with his girlfriend and his female nutered daughter who lives upstairs) it’s only been a couple of days so i’ll try to edit this in a couple months to give an update if he does wee anywhere outside of the litter box. but if i don’t edit this then you should know to buy the plug for ur cats, the safety of the plug is 10/10 and the quality aswell, they use plastic instead of glass so it doesn’t shatter and break on the floor if dropped, the size of the plug is perfect, and the speed of the plugs pheromone going around the room in less than a few hours shows the functionality of the plug is 10/10. overall i will definitely be buying this again after it runs out!

The cats looks like never smell nothing about it. Not working at all. Waste of money.

I bought this for my two cats. They are always fighting and restless whenever they see each other. I thought this might help. But i am disappointed
