They do smell terrible but I get it down and try not to smell it. I have been very surprised that they work have felt my sleep has been improved. If you look on the ingredients they have really only valeriana root not a massive list of all sorts of rubbish. I really recommend giving it a go.

It definitely works,butyoh have to take it before going to bed. I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. I still woke up in the middle of the night after taking this. I also tried to take it in the middle of the night but then it makes you really drowsy during the day.Not helpful for my type of insomnia.

These seemed to work on first use for about a week then no real help. I take 2 a night and I am 2 weeks in. I will finish the bottle but will be cancelling my subscription to reorder.TIP:- They smell bad when you unsealed the bottle. Only open the seal enough to release a pill. This stops the horrid smell from escaping.

For months I kept waking up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep again so I had to do something to help so three weeks ago I ordered these. They worked straight away from the first night. I took one tablet half an hour before bed time and slept right through till 6.30!! And every night is the same.I sleep until 7 or longer now too. I have an uninterrupted sleep and wake feeling refreshed and feel much better during the day and not exhausted and irritable like I was. The smell when you open the lid doesn't bother me and you just take one pill with glass of water so can't taste anything.I do have vivid dreams which I can sometimes remember now because valerian puts your brain into a deep sleep but there's no harm in that. I would honestly recommend these tablets to you as I am so happy to get a good night's sleep.

Due to serious life changes I've been having terrible problems sleeping for almost 3 months; waking up at 2.30am and not getting any sleep after that. Really bad situation. I don't want to take chemical sleep drugs so thought I'd try these after not having any success with several other Valerian-based products. I've only been taking them for 2 nights but I can say that my sleep pattern has definitely improved. I still wake up at 2.30ish as I'm an older man and nature calls! But... I have miraculously been going back to sleep and not waking again until around 5.30 - which is an amazing improvement. I followed the directions, taking one tablet early evening and then another two before bed. I don't why some reviewers have problems swallowing them; they're not too big at all and easily washed down. I can only hope that this improvement continues!

As other reviews state these really smell bad and seems to be getting worse with age.I couldn’t state they work as my sleeping pattern has not changed over the past two weeks although I do feel I fall to sleep easier but still wake during the night, but being busy during the day I do that anyway.Would I buy these again, No they smell far too bad to the point I even have to wash my hands after handling them and will probably be throwing what’s left away as don’t want to handle them.
