will it cut soft foam amd memory foam

Its best on foam matting anything too soft will just ruffle up

Does this cut mount board as well or just foamboard?

I haven't tried it with foam board but cuts mount board lovely! I imagine the blade would dull like a regular scalpel so make sure it's always nice and sharp before cutting

What is the max length of foam this can cut? Also does it come with blade?

Max length would be 3mm. It will cut 5mm but it won't be as clean, especially if you use the bevel. Yes it comes with blades. Alot of blades actually. They're stored inside the handle, once in hand there's a plastic cap on one of the ends. Open it you'll see alot. It has good quality blades so it will last years (depending on use).
