200. The others charge faster, but overheat the batteries. This causes damage. If you are in a hurry, use 700 occasionally, but it is better to pre-charge a spare set, as the modern ones hold their charge for a long time: these and the Panasonic ones. The older sort used to go flat if you ready-charged them.

Whats the warranty on these? 1 yr? or 5 yrs like the eneloops?
