Lovely Fire
Absolutely Beautiful. Gives my Lounge a lovely warm glow even with heater off. So pleased with it.

Looks so realistic
Really pleased , easy to install, looks just like a real log fire even the logs light up . Heat is really good . Definitely worth the money . Highly recommend .

Attractive simple fire, good value for the price. Reliable brand, but a couple of downsides.
It’s an attractive fire. I prefer the log effect to coal effect. Easy to set up, just lift from the box and plug in. Slimline so it does not occupy the whole fireplace. Despite being a 2000watt I would say it does not have great heating capacity. Maybe in a smaller room it would be fine. The flames at the back are very fast and distracting, slightly slower would be more natural. Also the controls, are next to the fan heater, so they get very hot. Not ideal when you want to switch the heat off.

Lovely fire. Easy . Unpack and plug in. Hypnotic flame effect. Silent... so glad I went for it. 👍

Realistic flame effect fire
Very pleased with this fire. Two levels of heat but I mainly wanted it for the flame effect which is lovely. Makes the room feel cosy even without the heat on. I originally wanted an Optimist fire but then realised it needed quite a lot of maintenance topping up the filtered water. I’m very pleased with my second choice. Would highly recommend.

The colour of the fire is perfect for where it’s gone and the fire itself is up to very high standard

It's not what it says.
The fire is robust enough, however saying it fits into the fireplace cavity is a little misleading. In all honesty it's exactly the same as the freestanding model. I was expecting to fully fit into the cavity with very little profile and by the images thats what I was expecting. The box says inset electric fire(cavity) but I may have just purchased a freestanding model. Obviously its getting sent back. Only 3 stars, not for the quality but for the interpretation of the photos
