This is an excellent methylated B complex. I have absorption issues, and blood tests show it is effective for me and I feel the difference when I take it. Have used this for years and its consistently good. I do find the colour of the tablets darkens a bit once you're getting towards the end of a tub, but this does not affect performance. Recommended.

Haven't been taking it long enough to notice any effect

I feel I notice when I don’t take these, that I have less energy.I’ve not had the testing to see if I have the methylation genetic problem but as I have a history of psychosis I am taking this to be on the safer side, as some people can suffer psychosis due to poor methylation, resulting in intense stress leading to a breakdown. So far as that goes, so far so good, I don’t take any anti-psychotics, I follow the lifestyle advice; no shift work, no abusive people in life, no heavy drinking, Mediterranean diet, stress management lifestyle.Back to the pill, they are small and easy to swallow. I can tell they are effective due to the energising effects, however, for some people this can mean it’s better to not take too close to bedtime. I’ve taken them late in the day and they’ve had no effect on my sleep though. They’ve always arrived in a consistent quality (I’ve been taking at least a couple of years) and the price has remained consistent throughout that time which makes shopping easier for me.

Been using this for a while and overall it seems like a solid supplement.Main reason I picked this is that it uses methylated forms of B vitamins, which are supposed to be easier for the body to absorb. It also has a full range of B vitamins plus vitamin C, so it’s pretty complete.Tablets are small and easy to take, which is nice, and you get a lot in one bottle so it lasts a while.One thing to keep in mind is that it’s quite high dose. For some people that’s great, but it might feel a bit strong depending on your tolerance. I’d probably start with a lower dose and see how you feel.Also has a bit of that typical vitamin smell, not a big deal but noticeable.Overall, good quality and does what you expect, just not the most beginner-friendly option.
